We want you to love your EyeEase Pro™. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@eyeeasepro.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@eyeeasepro.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used extensively and show clear signs of heavy use may not be eligible for a full refund. We assess these on a case-by-case basis.
