30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@eyeeasepro.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@eyeeasepro.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used extensively and show clear signs of heavy use may not be eligible for a full refund. We assess these on a case-by-case basis.
